Home is where your donkey brays

Is this not the cutest thing ever?

Lucy: Gee thanks, mom. With all this talk of Harriet lately, I thought you'd forgotten about me.
Me: I was talking about the sign.

It came via Santa from Bainbridge Farm Goods. They're a home-grown business located on Bainbridge Island
in Washington, and they offer a positively delightful collection of colorful aluminum,
UV-resistant farm and garden signs. I love them all (and they're not paying me to say this).

What barn couldn't use a little art to liven up the space?

Lucy: Who needs art when you've got the real thing?

  5. I love Lucy too. Who doesn't? She is so beautiful with her soft loving eyes when she is looking at you. You can see she sure loves her Momma.
The sign is so adorable, will have to go to their site to see more cuteness.

  6. We love Lucy! Oh dear, the sign is gorgeous and I live only a ferry boat ride away from Bainbridge. Lovely island, a definite must visit for anyone visiting Washington state.

  7. That looks like it was custom-made for another donkey haven we all know and love. I'm beginning to imagine NM as a big donkey-loving collective. :)

  8. Santa has obviously been watching you and knows you pretty well. Lucy is stealing the show with all her cuteness.

  14. Merry Christmas from our home in Ontario, Canada. I LOVE reading about your ranch. It has been great to see the friendship between you and Morning Bray Farm. Your two blogs are my first stop each evening. I'm a new donkey owner. We rescued a donkey this fall. And as of yesterday he has a buddy! Hurray! You can see how we're getting along at our blog at http://meadowmice.net . Thanks for your inspiration and many good laughs! Wendy
