Monday morning at the movies ~ On the Playground

I wish you all could have been here Saturday morning, to see in person what I'm about to show you. All Smooch wanted to do was play, and she went out of her way to get the attention of anyone who might join her. Alan and George obliged her when they could tear themselves away from the jolly ball, and so did Lucy, once she gave up trying to get my attention. The playground session finally ended when Smooch ran off to get a drink of water. I'll get out of the way now and let you sit back and watch.

  1. Boy, Smooch sure can run! I don't know how you kept up with her while recording that adventure!

  2. I can't believe how fast Smooch can boogey, that girl's got some speed! Have you ever let Smooch in with donkeys to see if they would all get along?

  5. You really need to stop putting so much sugar on Smooch's Post Toasties! Energy to burn. LOL

  8. I know that dogs and donkeys don't mix well but I swear Alan and Smooch look like they would tear it up if allowed to do so. Both are so funny and "sparky". Cee Cee's suggestion of a tiny terrier sounds like fun....if ya ever want to give it try, let me know, Ellie Mae is always up for a good skeedaddle. But as to full time living with one, er not so much. Take my word on it.
Love the Monday morning movie, thanks, Oma LInda

  9. What fun! Smooch is hysterical - and I loved when Alan tried to interact. It looks like you can take the air out of the ball... but you can't take the jolly out of it!

  11. Loved it when Alan got the ball stuck on his foot! LOL like he does it all the time!

Smooch reminds me of our little dog in the living room!

  12. I see how Smooch keeps her girlish figure! My daughter has an Australian Shepherd and 2 burros. The dog learned quickly not to try to herd the burros. I can still hear the sound of burro hoof on dog head! So much more fun to watch with a fence between them. The jolly ball antics are too funny. I think Lucy wanted to run the camera! Thanks for sharing.

  13. OMG that was so much fun! I got a kick out of Smooch and her zoomies, and the boys playing, and Lucy's shadow following you. This will be one of my favorites to go back and have a good chuckle. So much fun.

  15. I am new to your blog, love it! What kind of dog is Smooch--and does she ever get out in the pasture with the horses/burros? Also love that fence you have, looks like Smooch can't dig under it. That's what I need!

  16. Who needs espresso, right Smooch? Cute how Alan seemed inspired to get rambunctious.

  17. Have you figured out how to tap into some of that Smooch energy?

My husband and I got a kick out of watching the shadow of you and Lucy.

    What a show!
