George and Alan try to out-do each other

Alan: I can run really, really fast.

George: But I can run really, really fast while jumping over a tree limb.

Alan: I can contort my jaw and look fierce.

George: But I can contort my jaw, look fierce, scrunch up my nose and pin my ears.

George: I can jump above you and make a funny face.

Alan: But I can jump above you and make a funny face AND gracefully swing my front legs to and fro.

George: I can run really close to mom with my nostrils flared.

Alan: But I can run straight at mom with my nostrils flared and scare the hell out of her and make a sharp turn at the very last second.

Me: Can we all just agree that you're evenly matched and call it a day?

Boys at play....they look like they are really having fun. If you didn't know any better you would think that they were really mad and fighting. My little minis do the same thing. Have a good day Hugs to all

Boys, boys, boys!
I'm curious about the matching markings on George's upper legs; not scars, I hope?

Hah! Great photos and a fun way to start the day. I think your two characters generate more smiles than any other critters on the planet.

This is just a dumb non-equine person question - Do you have to groom the burros/donkeys? They always look the same, nice and fuzzy and no knots. Is that just how they are?
