Partly foggy

Friday night's rain gave way to Saturday morning's fog.

It wasn't nearly as thick as the fog from a few weeks ago, but it had its own unique features...

...like this fogbow. I saw my first one in October 2008
and thought it was a white rainbow, which it sort of is.

A fogbow is similar to a rainbow, but because of the very small size of water droplets that cause fog,
the fogbow has no colors and appears white.

Certain members of my family couldn't care less about interesting weather phenomena
because they're too grumpy about not being able to eat.

George: Let's humor her and go check it out.

I like that second photo a lot!

I've seen lots of fogbows, but I feel like I can almost see some colors in yours! Pretty!
