Hank and George's new bro-mance

Hank and George decided last week to be best friends, at least for an afternoon.

They spent an unusual amount of time hanging out and grooming each other...

...or trying to, as the case may be. George would need a step stool to do the job properly,
but he gave it his best shot.

A little on the right...

....a little on the left.

George: I'm doing the best I can here.

  3. I am always fascinated by the fact that your herd continues doing what they're doing when you're outside with a camera.
I really do love that last shot!

  5. You teach me so much - until I started reading your blog I had no idea equines groomed each other! Over the years you, Hank, George, Alan and Lucy have educated me. Thanks, all!

  7. Makes you wonder what changed the dynamic there. Where was Alan? I too love your JCC - your blog has taught me the wonders of burros, but cats will always be my first love.
