Johnny goes out on a limb

Not satisfied with his most recent real estate investment, Johnny was house hunting again yesterday.
This time he picked a tree in a neighborhood much closer to Smooch. Perhaps he's looking at this place as
a long-term investment that will pay off once they're friends and can meet for coffee and such.

Once Johnny finished inspecting the top floors, he realized this apartment didn't have an elevator.

Johnny: What do you mean I have to climb all the way down?

Johnny: I'm going to go out on a limb here and say this was probably not a good idea.

Johnny: I'm doomed.

Johnny: It didn't look this difficult on the way up.

Johnny: My only option is to jump. If you don't see me on this blog again, you'll know what happened.

Me: Enough with the drama. It's a six-foot drop. Cowboy up and be a cat.

Johnny: Next time I think I'll look for a place on the ground floor.

  4. May I send my animals to live with you for awhile? They are such lumps. Can't get them to talk to me for all the carrots and apples in the world! Love your blog. I laugh so hard, every time I read about the antics of your bunch.

  9. That Johnny is one real estate savvy kitty. I'm thinking he's looking for something in a nice 2-3 bedroom, 1 story stucco. And he'd pay extra for a really nice sunporch. Wonder if there's one in the area available?

  14. Johnny is really beautiful. He's so long he can really get himself in some interesting poses too. Do you think you could get some good looking fireman to come help you get your cat out of a tree? Fill the margarita pitcher!

  16. He wants to watch Breaking Bad and have company, he is a social cowboy, you can see in his eyes, that why he was on that branch. so typical of cats, they climb up then they call you because they can't climb down. so he is a real cowboy for such a vertical jump. Hope he soon finds an open window in the sunroom and some real safety
