The Coneheads

Now I ask you, which is more entertaining:
the Saturday Night Live version or the 7MSN version?

  1. 7MSN is way more entertaining than SNL! :)

Have you ever given those competitive burros a ball to play with?

Just imagine the fun! Instead of boring Sunday Night Football, you'd have Daily Burro Ball!

Can you set up a Live-Cam, if you do? :)

  2. I am a SNL fan, but your coneheads win hands down! :)

  4. SNL has NOTHING on George and Alan, believe me.

I love that photo with their ears up and both holding the cone.

Last night I got an email that Redford is getting his feet trimmed Aug. 18th, he just got his Coggins done, and he will be 6 months old on Aug. 19th - and will be ready to travel here anytime after that - so we are talking dates and making arrival plans.

I absolutely cannot wait to see him and also to see Rafer Johnson's face when he realizes another donkey has come to join us!

  5. Why the 7MSN version, of course!

  6. More entertaining? Hands down the winner is The 7 MSN of course. Really cute, I'm so glad they aren't bored all day and have plenty of toys to keep them busy.

  7. I'm glad y'all got a chuckle out of these. I had a blast taking them. All the boys are starting to pack on the pounds from the pasture grass, so I'm confining them to the corral for large chunks of the day and turning them out at night. George and Alan have two jolly balls and 8 cones to play with out there, and it's one long recess for them.

  8. I think it's nice the way you've taught them to share. :-)
We haven't progressed that far over here yet. On our farm, the emphasis seems to be on "MINE!!!" :-) :-)

  11. Great, great, great. Our horses just ignore cones whenever they're out for training. At most, my gelding will just know them over.

    Really great pictures.

  13. George and Alan sure prove that animals like to play!! It's so important. I love how the cone just looks so day-glo against the NM backdrop.

  14. My girls do the same routine when there's one toy that they each want. It's funnier when it's burros! *grin*

  15. After being gone a few days, there's nothing better than to start my morning with a good cup of coffee and the latest fun pix from the 7 MSN! You start the day off on a good note, my friend.
