A November morning

This view made me jump out of bed and run outside with the camera yesterday morning.
I watched in awe until the sound of clanging metal disrupted my quiet contemplation.

It was Lucy, scratching her neck against the barn,
oblivious to the natural wonders surrounding her.

At least Hank had the decency to stand with me while I admired the view a little while longer.

  1. Wow. A New Mexico sky is a 24 hour entertainment package, but then so is Lucy. Aunt Jean

  9. Awesome! In the most true sense of the word. I would like permission to use those photos as reference for a painting. New Mexico skies astound me. Although I live in Idaho now, I've lived there and visited often. I'd give you first choice of purchase of the finished product. Please! Please! 10. Lucy is just as big a clown as George and Alan. Hank, however, knows when he is framed perfectly. Great shots.
