Santa Fe shenanigans

Ethel, Ethelette, and I went to Santa Fe yesterday.
We felt right at home.

This was the first time I'd run into this particular sculpture,

but it won't be the last. It's at the southeast corner of Old Santa Fe Trail and East Water Street,
if you happen to be in Santa Fe and need a donkey hug.
After a day of shopping, I highly recommend it.

We toured a few galleries on Canyon Road, and Ethelette attempted to teach Ethel
how to play rock, paper, scissors. Ethel failed at the scissors part...

...which seemed hilarious at the time. Perhaps you had to be there.

This sculpture did not appreciate Ethel's impersonation of him.

Then Ethel helped Ethelette climb this tree.

Believe it or not, all of the above occurred prior to a round of margaritas at Henry's Road House.

Rock, paper, scissors has taken on a new importance to us now that we watch Big Bank Theory.....Rock, paper, scissors, lizard, Spock. If ya know what I'm blathering about. tee hee
