Headin' home on the range

  1. So beautiful! Aren't you messing with Johnny's MoJo by closing the doors to the barn? I seem to remember him pausing on each doorstep every night.

  2. Lovely. Thanks for the close-ups of Hank. Wish I could hand him a peppermint through the screen.

  3. Lovely. I had to chuckle as I watched Hank go by, go by, go by ... Gave a real sense of 'traveling home' - slowly but steadily. Thanks for the visit!

  4. Felt like I could reach up & stroke Hank's lovely face in the close-up -- wish I could! I don't think there's anything more endearing than those adorable burro heads & faces, either; they start every one of my days with a smile. Thanks to you, Linda.

  7. Very artistically rendered. But what did you do to piss of Hank? The ears were semi-flat and all. Is he getting grumpy?

    1. He was semi-grumpy because everybody else wanted to go back to the barn when he wanted to stay out and graze. Also, it's a long walk with an achy knee.

  8. I watched this video and enjoyed it very much. Called the grands in and Ry remarked, "Hey George just picked his nose". GK and I said, "what are you talking about?".Yep, leave it to the inside outside upside down thinker to interprete the pause at the yucca as a nose pick. Have to admit it was pretty funny. 1. Yep, it was definitely a nose pick ... and then he proceeded to eat the yucca. Gross.

    3. Ry was thrilled that you got what he said.....he tells me, See Oma, I'm not the only "other" thinker in the world. I guess I was served and put on notice. Thanks for being another "other" thinker. xoxo
And of course thanks to the nose picking donkey who made this all possible.

  9. Is Hank okay? His step seems a little more stiff and short than normal?

  11. Thank you Hank for my good morning kiss! George, you crack me up putting that cacti-stick-thing up each nostril before you decided to chomp on it. Happy Monday to you all.

  12. They sure take their time. Great music to go with the scenery. The donkey ears always make me think of antennas.

  14. Thanks for a great start to the day! I grinned all the way through...no "discouraging words" from your fans! Great to get an in-your-face shot of hank and George being a goof...and continuous shots of the ambling herd on the range.
