Our favorite afternoon game show

In the heat of the day, Lucy and the boys usually take a break from grazing and come back to the barn for some shade.
They'll each pick a door and stand in front of it, taking advantage of the cross-breeze.

Behind door number 1 today is Lucy.

George picks door number 2.

And Alan settles for door number 3.

But what about Hank? There is no door number 4. What's the big guy going to do?

Whatever he wants.

  1. Unlike the original Let's Make A Deal, there are no booby prizes in this game! :)

  2. I was so glad to see Alan got to keep a door; he always seems to be low man. And yay Smooch and JCC.

  4. The whole herd got jumbled. Poor Alan doesn't win this time. Are there parting prizes for the loser of this round?

  8. Oh, poor Lucy. She looks like Hannibal Lecter. Don't tell her I said that...

Glad they're finding some respite from the heat. We're in the midst of a heatwave, right now too and we're all very grateful for the air conditioning!

  10. good 'ole Hank! smart George. Who won the big prize??? Question...where did you find your metal barn? I'm looking for one for my boys who'd love to nosh on a wood barn (and even covered with that stuff that's supposed to make them not chew it, that's like tasty sauce for them, num num). so metal it must be. have a nice Noble shed, but a barn would help to store "stuff", not fill my garage with it. tmi???!!! thanks! love, love, LOVE your posts!!!

  11. Whatever he wants - and rightly so, I say, because he is such a sweet-sweet-natured "bully".
(P.S. Not a single comment in 48 hours? Impossible! Don't make me fly in to check on y'all, Rancher Woman!! ;) Yours truly, WorryWart.)

  18. Just dropping in to say hello. Hope you got some sleep, although hospitals are notorious for keeping folks awake. Especially in the ICU.
Wishing you a good day. One day closer to going home.
