Like peas in a pod ~ the conclusion

We rejoin our story from yesterday's post, with Lucy contemplating the wisdom of eating yucca pods,
which her brothers were scarfing down like potato chips carrots.

Oh, I suppose I might as well try one.

What's the worst that could happen?

I think this is how you do it...

Aw, geez. Thanks for warning me about the seeds, you knuckleheads.

Not bad. A little on the dry side, yet palatable. The fiber is probably good for me.

I think I'll have another.

I hope you're not laughing at my expense.

  6. Aw, Lucy. The first three pictures had me smiling cause your Mom catches such sweet faces. The fourth picture...I laughed out loud.
This is why I visit the 7MSN... to get a grin or a good feeling that I can pull out anytime I need one.
Thanks Carson. Perfect start for my day.

  7. Maybe, Lucy. Afterall, George and Alan shouldn't get all the laughs!
That photo of you gingerly taking the pod is a winner.
I wonder what your Mom is doing that's different lately; her photos just won't stop getting better!

I Love Lucy's ears in the first picture. Then the seeds flying. This is an adorable set of photos! Thank you again for sharing with us. The color of the sky made a lovely background too. :)

Excellent shot of the seed flying around. Lucy just helped for regrowth for next season. More yucca bushes at your ranch for sure. More (chips) pods for the boys.
