George and Alan see eye to eye on most things

George and Alan usually see eye to eye on most things.

Until they don't.

One minute, they're inseparable...

The next minute, they're at each other's throats.

Alan: You can be such a pain in the neck sometimes.

George: Takes one to know one.

  1. I've never seen two equines love each other as much as those two. Love their cute antics!

  2. You have such a talent for coming up with a clever storyline from everyday donkey behavior!

  7. Ouch! I guess that they have thick hides.

My brother and I were like that as kids. Well, less biting, but constant "picking."

  8. Jeanne in SC, the "snow" is actually white dirt - gypsum. There are deposits of it everywhere around here.

  10. Those two crack me up! I was warned when I first got Russell, that donkeys do play pretty rough. Going for the throat seems to be a recurrng theme. My horses are usually quick enough to escape great bodily harm though. :)

  13. They are so adorable. You have some great pictures there. And Lucy is calmly ignoring it all.

  14. Yep. My sister and I were like that - usually the bickering parts, not so much the loving parts! And as Suzanne said, Lucy manages to ignore them!
