George puts his foot down

Me: George, why are you wearing a cone what's left of a cone on your foot?

George: Well it's about damned time you noticed. I've been standing here for five minutes.

George: It's my desperate plea for attention.

George: Used to be I was on the front page of this blog at least a couple times a week.

George: I've got to step up my game if I want to get back on top.

  1. Dear George, become a druggie and behave badly to get your headlines back. It works for Charlie Sheen and Lindsey Lohan.

  10. AAWWWWWWW George, you are soooo sweet, but you're a family now and you know you have to take turns in the spot light. You and all the rest of the family are very special to A LOT of people ALL over the world. You must be having a bad day and we all have those once in a while. Here is a BIG HUG and BUTT SCRATCHING for you and remember you're one very smart and handsome burro.

  11. Perhaps if he put the cone on his head he would earn the #1 post photo again? Come on, George... quit the pouting game.

  12. LOL, I thought it was going to be about him putting his foot (hoof) down concerning Lucy! This was an unexpected twist. I hope he feels better somehow. He probably does feel a little "displaced."

  16. Hey George, look! It totally worked - you got top billing again! And excellent use of a brightly colored prop, if I do say so myself.
I recommend maybe something with a jolly ball for tomorrow?
    :-)
