So close and yet so far

  1. Poor baby! My horse (when I had one) learned that if he turned his neck/head sideways, that he could extend that reach at least another 6 inches.

  2. Oh man! That poor horse...pure torture I tell ya! :) Mine do the same thing when we get a new load of hay.

  4. My neck gets sore just looking at him! That's how my short legs feel when I try to get out of my recliner.

  8. Oh no, necks too short. I feel sorry for this guy. Hope somebody eventually gave him a good bite of that hay.

  9. Took this behind the chutes at a rodeo on Saturday. This horse was one of the bucking stock. Didn't think the stock contractor would appreciate me taming the wild beast, so I didn't move the hay...but oh how I was tempted.

  10. Thats too awesome! I have seen that so many times, and many people leave tehm a little too close thinking they are plenty far enough!

  11. Nothing like torturing the poor guy! Here's hoping you gave him at least a little snack ; )

  12. Watch that extension on the neck...something that couldn't be done while riding/driving is a snap when there's food around.
