I'm in the midst of reading A DOG'S PURPOSE now and am thoroughly enjoying it and have learned a lot already. I sure look at Wally, and my dogs of the past, through different eyes ......

Dogs are some of my very favorite people.
I love dogs and especially my dogs. Those pictures of Smooch are great, especially the last shot.
That last picture should be called "Bottoms up"! :-)

I just recently heard about the book and plan to go fetch one! Been missing Smooch photos. Happy Labor Day of love with your animals!

and then thought: Wait! There's the library!
The library won't allow me to reserve that particular title.

Smooch is so adorable and seems like she doesnt even need to talk and we know exactly what shes saying.
She has just the sweetest face I've seen on a dog. And I'll order the book first thing tomorrow - do you promise I'll find the explanation of the last pic there?

I just read "A Dog's Purpose" a couple weeks ago ... I loved it! At the end of each section, I cried like a baby ... and I totally loved the ending, crying like a baby and I'm 67! I even suggested the book to one of the ladies at the library ... LOL I don't have a dog any more [use to have a Pug] and now I have a Maine Coon cat ... love her, too!!

Oh lord do I love this. My boys get to be on the bed or couch or chairs. I can so relate. I can't stop smiling and love the "muffin top" with the flea collar. As always your pictures make me feel better and give me a big smile. Lucky critters for sure.
I'll be getting it for sure. And also check out the National Geographic Special "And Man Created Dog." It is really sweet and looks at how dogs have been bred from wolves over the centuries and centuries and what makes dog so special to us. Very sweet indeed.
