  1. I love any pictures of these guys, but the last one where they are drinking together is just so sweet ... what buddies they are!

    Love the before/after again.

  3. Does the monsoon season green the countryside up? Or is the desert too set in it's ways? Also those reflections look amazing! You do such cool work with photoshop :)

  8. Rained here too last night, complete with thunder and lightning. Love the sky in the first photo and the "after the storm" light.

  9. Monsoon season eh? Only way you could get that much water on your land without snoozin' while your stock tank overflowed. Lovely last pic!

  10. Love the third one. Same expression, same action.
I think I got it figured out. These aren't real. They are stuffed and you move them around and pose them everyday. I'm so smart to have figured that out.
I won't ever get tired of the explanations and mouse trick.

  11. Great photos of your boys! The monsoon finally hit us last night...but the humidity is killin me. I spent last week in your neck of the woods (I think). We were in Fort Stanton for an endurance ride. Loved the green mountains and our horse loved the grazing!

  12. I wonder what donkeys think of their reflection... Do they recognize that it's themselves?

Or is it just odd shapes?

Would they run or react to an odd reflection?

(These are more philosophical questions, but certainly fodder for Friday. :) )
