Go find your own weed pile. This one's mine.

  1. Boy, can I borrow him for a day or two? I have quite a collection of weeds in my garden areas that survived our extreme winter, and that need to come out before planting begins.

  2. Could you please load them up in the trailer and bring them to my house? Matter of fact, the whole neighborhood would appreciate their help.

  5. I wish you would rent him out. I could use him. Weeding would be fun then. But I have a feeling my buttercups would lose their blooms.
I enjoy looking at your pictures so much.

  9. Sign me up after everyone else is done borrowing/renting him. Weeding with Alan would actually make the job fun. And again, I love the long ear hair.

  10. As always, a gorgeous set of photos. Alan is just so handsome Carson. And... it's really nice not seeing any snow on the ground.

  12. Cutest weed eaters ever.
Thanks for your supportive words about Bandit...we are sure missing him. Someone left a comment that he and Lyle are now running free together. :)

  14. I love what you did with the color in the pictures. Very, very nice.
    Alan's brow is truly perfection.

  15. Oh my, Alan. That does not look like good eats! It's certainly not worth being mean to George about.

  18. I was wondering what the attraction is, but I like shredded wheat and maybe it's like that. It's cute that both of them want the pile of weeds. They're like the kids that play with the box the toy came in at Christmas.

  19. If you wanted to share Alan for a bit, I wouldn't complain about having weeding help!

  21. They make such a sales job for having burros. So cute, so much personality. I wish our ground wasn't so wet. I don't think it'd be healthy for them, not to mention the old fences that keep in cattle and sheep but not so sure about a wily burro!

  22. Ahh, donkeys -- there is nothing like them, nothing....

  24. Gardeners, top flight cone players, yesh. How did you ever get so much talent in one team?

  25. Every time I see Alan I fall in love with his chocolate-caramel colors. And look at the last photo how they match George's contrast colors - eye candy indeed!

And because I somehow missed a button or something yesterday, my extatic praise didn't reach you - but thanks for the Deets-boost. More posts entirely dedicated to the greatest cat of them all are welcome!

  26. Slingback, Blogger seems to be having some comment processing problems lately. There are a bunch stuck in my "awaiting moderation" list - I can't see them or get them unstuck. Sorry!
