Starting the new year off right, part 2

I spent the morning of New Year's Day with my herd, then headed north to spend the afternoon with Ellsworth and Bernard.

If George and Alan and Ellsworth and Bernard ever got together for a play date, I think this blog might crash from cuteness.

Not surprisingly, Ellsworth and Bernard have charmed all their neighbors...

...and they are positively adored by their family.

Disappointed that they could not attend elf school down at the 7MSN, they enrolled in the correspondence course and graduated with high honors.

Bernard was being a goober...

...so it took some doing to get the family all together for a portrait.

It will also take some doing to take away this little guy's title of cutest ass.

  6. That pic of Ellsworth and his human sharing a hug is priceless. It's so sweet that Ellsworth has his eyes closed and is enjoying the hug so much. He's come so far since this time last year.
Thanks for my donk fix for the day. :)

  9. Isn't it amazing that Ellsworth has stopped "running into things and hurting himself" like he used to do at that horrific place he used to live? God bless your friends for giving him a loving home - and you for sharing his story with us.

  10. Hi Linda,

My calendar of the boys has been waiting on my desk for the new year. I finally got to hang it up this morning. What a day brightener!

  11. They are so cute! I swear it's in those beautiful eyes ... the sweetest things.

Wish I had an ass like that. Sorry, I couldn't help myself. Do you have any Llamas or Alpacas around them parts?

  12. Do Ellsworth and Bernard have their own blog? Because if they don't, they should. They are super cute. Of course if I had even more cute ass blogs to explore every day, I would likely get nothing done. Ever.

  15. Bernard is definitely cute, but it's Ellesworth who has captured my heart. He has the sweetest face and the softest eyes. There's a beautiful, tender soul living in there.

  18. Elsworth looks so much better. He looked like he had scratches or some kind of injuries on his face before and they're not showing. I love how his eyes were closed when he was getting a hug. Thanks for the wonderful report of two lovable guys. I'm so glad they have a happy home!

Thank you so much for sharing photos of these guys and your guys with us. SOOOOOOO CUTE!

I just stumbled on your blog last week and look at it daily to remind me there is real life outside the corporate one.

Thank you thank you thank you! Now I need to go to a meeting (sigh).

Oh, and if the long-eared guys ever want to get away from NM for a while, I'm happy for them to come visit the Sooner State!
