Our version of meaningful social interaction

Meaningful social interaction is rather limited in the middle of nowhere, so when visitors do come to call, the boys take full advantage.

First they turn on the charm...

... then they turn around and ask for a butt scratch.

Hank butts in and gets the whole grooming chain going,

then has the gall to point out to our guest that she is scratching the wrong spot.

At least Lyle minded his manners and behaved himself.

  2. I bet regardless of what any of the boys did your guest was more then pleased to spend time with them ... I know I would be, butt scratches and all!

  3. Ahhh, the butt scratch, I guess it's one place they can't get in their dust baths, bet they wish they could learn to scoot in a sitting position.
My guy likes that, his chest & rubbing his ears pure turns him into a puddle.

  6. You've got to stop the Big Kids from shoving the Little Guys out of the way. Burros need their share of scritches.
