George and Alan's favorite Superbowl commercial
Football is not my favorite sport, but I'll be watching the Superbowl today just to see what my favorite Clydesdales are up to this year. I've read that there will be three different spots featuring these giants.
And maybe there will be one or two other memorable commercials...like this next one, which is another of my all-time favorites.

It really is amazing how creative ad writers can be at times!
These are two of the best.
Oh, they are both so cute! I really like the cat one! Those cowboys getting the cat fur off their jackets was too funny! Tee hee! I have 4 cats myself and...DUH...my white cat somehow ALWAYS manages to sit his BUTT on my black work pants! So, I go to school with white cat hairs all over them and everybody laughs and tries to pull them off! Silly me!
Actually the commercials are the only reason I am in the room during the football game. I don't watch the game...never been a football fan. I'm only around for the food and commercials. Ha! These two commercials you have up are really great.

I have that cat one in my YouTube playlist of classic commercials!! I hear the economy is taking a bite out of the SuperBowl commercials this year. I still expect (hope for) a few good ones...
I have always loved the 'herding cats' ad; the funny part is that the ad was so good, the company it was advertising was completely un-memorable.

I am a follower of football, although the Bears make that tough! But I must admit, most years the Clydesdale adverts are the highlight of the superbowl for me too :)
The cat herder is also one of my favorites. I put it up on my blog last year and saved it to my harddrive; so i can watch it every so often. So funny

I'm not into football or the Super Bowl, even for the commericals ... I'll look at them on the USAToday site tomorrow morning and see who came up with what.
I guess I'll be watching or listening to the Super Bowl, as I seem to be a captive in the house without a remote to my name. Anyway I always love the Clydesdale commercials, this was one of my favorites too.
The cat herders were hilarious, love the guy with the pet brush. Never saw it before.
Me too. Couldn't care less about football, but the commercials make it worth sitting there. They had a show last night about all commercials and you could vote for your favorite---the Budweiser one from last year (dalmation with training the horse that didn't make the cut) won.
PS...LOVED the Obama is Irish video!
I love those commercials. My daughter says that when she goes shopping with the Pony Cousins, it is difficult to keep us rounded up. She refers to it as "herding cats".
I swear there is a news story on TV as I type this about commercials on at the same time as the superbowl. They showed this one so I hunted it down to show ya...hehe!!!

When my friends and I had lunch between jackpots yesterday we were talking about the Bud Clyde commercials.
That one with the donkey trying out was hands down the favourite.
