Skywatch Friday – Sunrise/Moonset 11/13

I went to sleep last night wondering what I'd do about a Skywatch post this week, but Mother Nature came through for me again. I took these pictures around 6:15 this morning, as the sun was rising, the moon was setting, and the cows were snickering in the distance. They get such a chuckle when they see me in my pajamas and slippers. Click on the pictures for a better view (of the sky, not of me in my pajamas), and go to the Skywatch home page for views of the sky from around the world.

  10. Oh my!!! I am jealous of your beautiful Southwestern skies, ours rarely look that colorful in the Midwest. I am skywatching vicariously through you. :-)

  11. Nothing can beat the Southwestern skies! Those are some stunning shots, almost as good as seeing them in person. The cows were probably just jealous of your pajamas, they grew out of theirs and never got replacements.:)
