About

Twenty-four years ago, I jumped off the corporate ladder when I got to the top and realized, "What was I thinking? I hate this! I'm too short for this much responsibility!" I quit my job, walked away from the fancy lifestyle, and moved to New Mexico, where I'd never been and didn't know a soul.

I soon figured out what makes me the happiest – being around animals – and found a new career that allowed me to work from home and have the time and resources to have a whole herd. One thing led to another, and now I live on a ranch located 7 Miles South of Nowhere, New Mexico.

This series of posts pretty much sums up the whole story.
My fairy tale...except it's true: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4

And if you've ever wondered how the 7MSN got its name, the explanation is at the end of Part 4.
